DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You don't need to register to place an order. We know that not all people want to do so, therefore we’ve decided to give our customers an option to choose whether they want to create an account. We will still need your email address so we can send you updates related to your orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world to ensure that every customer enjoys his or her shopping experience with us. We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 - that means you pay nothing but the price for the item. Otherwise, we charge a modest shipping fee of $5 on smaller orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Since we cater to worldwide shipping, we ship from various locations (warehouses). The usual standard international shipping times are around 7-15 to the United States, and 12-20 to Europe, but please allow up to 30-45 days due to possible difficulties with clearances and customs. 
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have the order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
I HAVE ORDERED 2 OR MORE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately due to products being shipped from different warehouses. It may happen that you receive one item before the next - so don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once - we will make sure every item you have ordered gets to you.
HOW CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU?
We handle customer service through email. Just send as an email with any questions or concerns that you have at info@fluffy.club or through the contact form on our website.
MY PRODUCT ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your product is damaged then please take photos and send them to us at support@fluffy.club. We will then ask if you would like a refund or an exchange. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available. Depending on the location of a warehouse we're shipping the product from, not every order and shipping area will have tracking options available. If you did not receive a tracking number, you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
